Not a problem, we often collect & return keys from solicitors, estate agents, neighbours etc. If you are not able to be present on completion of the clearance we will email you pictures of the completed clearance before we receive your payment.
Once the property is completely cleared to your satisfaction we will provide an invoice for your records. We accept payment via bank transfer or cash if preferred. (NO VAT)
